Aiming for a target means it is intended. There is no such thing as an "unintended target", therefore saying intended target is just saying the same thing twice. Same thing goes with the "essential core" comment. A core by definition is essential. What has a core that is not essential? Aren't you missing a full stop at the end of the last sentence in section 5? "It is my hope"? That's nice, but "I hope" seems more appropriate. Apart from the above, good work.
